THE COMPANY
AMA-ZUMA GROUP is on the mandate to restructure the oil and gas arm of the business and to take full advantage of all available opportunities in the downstream sector. The company was founded on the basis of integrity and commitment towards excellence.
The group currently operates three subsidiaries.
- Ama-Zuma Services Limited
- Ama-Zuma Oil & Gas
- Ama-Zuma Bureau De Change
Ama-Zuma Services Limited is the first of the three companies and was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited company on the 13th of April 2005, with RC No. 0019499. In its modest period of existence, the company has excelled in the field of Electro-Mechanical Installations, Telecommunication Engineering, Sales & Comprehensive Maintenance of Generators of various capacities.
Following the success recorded by Ama-Zuma Service Limited, the Board decided to expand it scope of business and a considerable investment was made in the Energy and the Financial sectors of the Nation’s economy, which usher in the establishment of the other two sister companies, Ama-Zuma Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited and Ama-Zuma Bureau De Change.
AMA-ZUMA SERVICES
AMA-ZUMA SERVICES LTD (ASL) Ama-Zuma Services Ltd is into passive power maintenance for a leading Telecom company and facilities management of their base stations, offices and residences in Nigeria. ASL has a staff strength of over 364 personnel and fleet of 104+ peddling trucks for diesel haulage and logistics with 20 Hilux Vans for technical support services.
AMA-ZUMA OIL AND GAS NIGERIA LTD
Ama-Zuma Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited owns 7 Service Stations (Kano-3, Lagos-2, Niger-1 & Zamfara-1) and fleet of over 104 trailers with peddling trucks of various capacity (40,000 / 45,000 /50,000 & 60,000) liters. The Company is into haulage & logistics business and still keen on expanding by acquiring more service stations.
AMA-ZUMA BUREAU DE CHANGE
Recent Government monetary policies has equally motivated the company to deploy a considerable investment to the business of Bureau De Change for foreign currency trading and to do activities in Nigeria Capital Market.
FOUNDER
He is an alumnus of University of Maiduguri with a degree in Banking and Finance. He did his Youth Service Corp with the National Maritime Authority and later moved to the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) before proceeding to the University of East London where he obtained an MBA. On successful completion of the Program, he returned to the country to establish his own company, which is known today as AMA-ZUMA GROUP.
